Join us each wednesday evening this summer at 6 pm!

Take part in a St. D's summer tradition, each Wednesday evening at 6 pm in the months of June and July! Each Wednesday our own fabulous Chef Terry will prepare a delicious meal for us to enjoy as we watch a movie that all can enjoy! Ranging from classics to new releases, each movie is sure to please, and we also also celebrate 'Christmas in July!' Menu will be announced closer to dinner date.

  Tickets to join us for the meal and dinner are $8 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under

Below is a tentative listing of films for this summer's "Dinner and a Movie":

June 14th:  Love Among the Ruins.  Starring Kathryn Hepburn and Lawrence Olivier
     A lawyer represents a woman he once courted in a lawsuit in this highly rated and set in Victorian England

June21st :  Hook.        A "modern" twist on the Peter Pan story featuring Robin Williams, Dustin Hoffman and Maggie Smith and Julia Roberts

June 28th:  Hidden Figures.   Academy Award winner, best motion picture 2017, the true story of three brilliant African-American women working at NASA in the early days of the space race who were the brains behind the success of John Glen's launch and orbit. Featuring actors Taraji Henson, Octavia Spencer, Janelle Monea, Kevin Costner, Kirsten Dunst and more.

No Dinner and a Movie July 5th

July 12th:   Bend it Like Beckham.  The daughter of an orthodox Sikh couple is not allowed to play organized soccer in spite of her impressive skills.  She is convinced to play for a semi-pro team and has to hide her soccer life from her parents....deception, family and romance feature in this movie about bending the rules to obtain goals.  Actors: Parminder Nagra, Keira Knightley, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Archie Panjabi and more.

July 19th:    Loving.    Set in 1958, interracial couple, Richard and Mildred Loving fell in love and were married.  They chose to make their home in Virginia where interracial marriage was illegal. This is the true story of the landmark Supreme Court ruling, Loving v. Virginia, changing the laws in the United States concerning interracial marriage. This award winning movie features Ruth Negga and Joel Edgerton.

July 26th:   Little Lord Fauntleroy.   Christmas in July feature with traditional Christmas dinner
                                                          Featured actors Ricky Schroder and Alec Guinness
