Palm Sunday, the beginning of Holy Week, and an invitation to walk the story together.
This Sunday marks the turning point in our Lenten journey as we enter Holy Week.
We begin outside in the Memorial Garden with the Liturgy of the Palms, remembering Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem, and process together into the church. It’s a movement from celebration into the story of the Passion, a reminder of how quickly the path can turn.
During the service, we will hear the Passion Gospel according to Matthew, with voices from across the congregation helping to tell the story.
Children will remain with their families for the Liturgy of the Palms and will head to Rooted Together during the procession into the church. They will return to rejoin the congregation for Communion.
